NW FRESH MENUS

We customize every menu we create to the unique nature of our client's event. Our menus celebrate fresh, locally sourced ingredients infused with both classic and contemporary flavors of Mexico and the Pacific Northwest. Since 2009, Verde Cocina has worked with local farms and purveyors to source the freshest ingredients we can find whenever possible. We’re proud of supporting local resources that allow us to make fresh food accessible to you!

MINIMAL INGREDIENTS

Most of what we offer is made fresh from scratch using minimal ingredients. You wont find MSG, fillers, preservatives; anything processed; or overly seasoned in what we offer. All of our salsas and sauces are made in house. Corn tortillas are gluten-free and we do not use lard in any of our dishes.

FOOD LIFESTYLES

We believe everyone deserves well considered delicious dishes. Accommodating a wide variety of dietary needs is our specialty. Whether your guest list is a mix of vegetarians and meat-eaters, Paleo-minded or entirely vegan, we're happy to tailor your menu accordingly. Let us know if you or your guests have any dietary considerations we should be aware of including food allergies or restrictions. We are happy to work with you to create a menu that all of your guests can enjoy.

Gluten-Free? So are we.
We do not cook with or use any ingredients containing gluten. Our kitchens are 100% gluten-free.
