FARMERS MARKET STYLE
This is the heart and soul of Verde Cocina. We started cooking at Portland Farmers Markets over 10 years ago, and we can bring this unique experience straight to your venue. This is our informal outdoor option. Guests can choose from our market menu options and order from your pre-selected menu offering right at the grill.

Gringas con Molé
Soft, rolled corn tortillas, spread with white bean-garbanzo mash, topped with fresh grilled veggies, covered in house molé sauce (made with organic chocolate, dried chilis and peanut) and served with more veggies on the side.
Grilled Chicken in Adobo
Juicy, grilled, chicken tenders with veggies, white-bean-garbanzo mash and tortillas.
Paleo Verde
Lots of fresh, grilled veggies with choice of locally sourced carne asada, chicken, seafood or tofu.
