What is your service area?
We are based out of Portland, Oregon and provide service to the surrounding area. If you have an Oregon or SW Washington based location in mind that’s outside of the general vicinity, please contact us with the details.
What size of an event can you handle?
Over the years we have catered events of all sizes – preparing fresh, NW inspired meals for hundreds at public events or for small intimate gatherings. Our team and service is scalable to meet the needs of your event.
Our Verde Cocina events team prepares fresh, made-to-order dishes at local farmers markets year-round. We’re often asked whether we can bring our farmers market offering to parties. The short answer is YES! Our team is fully mobile which means we can set up our grills in the middle of Mt. Hood National Forest if so desired. We can just as easily prepare a meal in your kitchen for an intimate gathering.
Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
Accommodating a variety of dietary needs is something we specialize in. Our kitchens are gluten free and we offer selections from vegan to paleo to just about anything in between.
Are you a full service caterer?
Yes we are. We can provide you with everything you will need for a memorable party. We offer full rentals including tables, chairs, linens, and glassware. Please contact us for detailed menu and service options.
Can you provide bar service?
Absolutely! We are OLCC licensed and offer full bar tending services. Our service can include beer, wine and spirits. We use fresh squeezed fruit juice in our specialty cocktails – Margaritas, La Palomas, Mimosas, we can even design custom cocktails for your event.
Can you cater outdoor events?
Our team is fully equipped with everything needed to service even the remotest and rustic of outdoor events. Our grills are gas so no electric outlets required.
