Verde Cocina started at local farmers markets offering fresh, seasonal, veggie-filled breakfast plates to the masses. Our catering program includes several levels of service to best fit your breakfast or brunch event needs. We offer green-packaged meals to go, buffet style, and full plated brunch service.

    Seasonal market veggies and quinoa over mixed greens. House-made dressing. 
  • Sweet Potato-Black Bean Salad
    Roasted sweet potatoes, black beans, corn and kale in a lime vinaigrette. 
  • Buenos Dias Breakfast
    Two eggs (from local, pasture-raised chickens) scrambled with veggies, served over white bean garbanzo mash, topped with more veggies, ranchero salsa, and big chunks of local, smoked bacon. Served with handmade corn tortillas.
