"From start to finish, the BEST experience I could hope for. Shauna was a delight to work with and she was able to assess and meet all of our needs to feed our hungry crowd of 85 people. The food was absolutely delicious, so fresh, and healthy! We had a very informal setup and they still took the time to lay out all of our food with care. We ordered the Adobo Chicken and Pork Carnitas along with lots of veggies and salad. The salsas and tortillas were fresh and everyone kept remarking about them how good they were. The caterers were perfectly on time, and so nice to accommodate my whims!  I would definitely recommend them if you'd like healthy, flavorful, fresh Mexican food. "I can't gush enough about our experience with Buenos Dias / Verde Cocina.
My good friend hired them to cater a party I helped plan for sixty people. We were fortunate to have the wonderful chef and Verde Cocina founder Noe himself there to cook up as well as custom-serve each party guest; he was assisted by an able sous chef and a gracious catering manager. (Our well-equiped event space kitchen had the appliances to accommodate their on-site cooking, although more traditional catering options and portable grilling stations are likely available for a variety of venues.) 
We thoroughly enjoyed a salsa & guacamole bar for starters; next came a roasted beet & arugula salad, followed by succulent cast-iron-grilled chicken and carnitas, decadent caramelized lardons, sautéed asparagus and kale, and hearty beans, served with fresh corn tortillas made lovingly on site.  This food is healthy and farm-fresh yet indulgent and profoundly flavorful.  Buenos Dias/Verde Cocina has really mastered an unpretentious, elemental style and highly satisfying repertoire.  I can see this going over wonderfully at a wide range of events. It will please vegetarians and vegans, gluten-free eaters, and dedicated carnivores alike." – Michael
